- You will receive an auto-rental confirmation to your registered email address.
- We will carefully prepare your rental and post it to arrive on your rental start date (please ensure that you are able to either receive your rental personally or collect it from your local delivery courier).
- Wear your item.
- Once your rental has ended, there is no need to launder your item. Simply post it back to us on your rental end-date using a tracked postage provider and the re-usable safe packaging that your item arrived in. Return postage is payable by you and must be tracked for POP and insurance purpose.
- Once posted, you can email your tracking number to us so we know your rental is safely on its way back to us.
